These pages describe the commercial service policies for OrioChat, a messaging and push-to-talk voice communication app offered for the United States, Canada, Europe including Monaco, Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and other supported regions. United States, Canada, Europe, and other-region sections are provided in English, Korea sections in Korean, Japan sections in Japanese, and Saudi Arabia sections in Arabic.

The privacy, terms, and account deletion pages include notices for OrioChat's local-first chat design, optional cloud storage and cloud backup, and secret-room limits.

Account deletion can be requested in the app from Settings > Privacy & security > Delete account. Other privacy and account requests can be submitted by contacting holykhw163@gmail.com.

Security issues, vulnerability reports, account compromise concerns, abuse reports, and safety requests can also be sent to holykhw163@gmail.com.
