By creating an account or using OrioChat, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. OrioChat provides messaging, media sharing, friend, profile, community, notification, and real-time push-to-talk voice communication features.
You are responsible for your account activity and for content you send. Do not use OrioChat for harassment, threats, illegal content, spam, impersonation, unauthorized recording, privacy invasion, exploitation, malware, fraud, or conduct that interferes with the service or other users.
You must keep your account credentials, devices, and login methods secure and must not sell, transfer, share, or lend your account to evade enforcement or let another person misuse OrioChat. Notify OrioChat if you suspect unauthorized account access or a security issue affecting the service.
You are responsible for keeping the device you use with OrioChat secure. Using modified operating systems, bypassed device security, malware, unauthorized automation, or unsupported app copies may make OrioChat unreliable and may expose your account or data to risk.
Account takeover, unauthorized account use, and creating or operating multiple accounts to evade enforcement, impersonate others, manipulate the service, spam, harass, commit fraud, or conduct illegal activity are prohibited. Users, accounts, chat rooms, groups, devices, identifiers, or payment paths operated for illegal or abusive purposes may be restricted, removed, suspended, or permanently banned together.
Abuse of push-to-talk voice, chat, custom emoji, media, reports, or any other feature to harass, bully, exclude, insult, impersonate, or target another person or group may result in content removal, feature limits, account suspension, or permanent ban. Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities, attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the service, evading enforcement, or helping others do so may result in immediate permanent suspension and legal action where allowed.
OrioChat may limit, suspend, or remove accounts, content, features, or access when needed to operate the service, protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued.
OrioChat requires network access for online features. Your carrier, internet provider, store, cloud provider, or payment provider may charge data, roaming, subscription, storage, or transaction fees under their own terms. You are responsible for those third-party charges and for installing updates needed to keep using supported features.
OrioChat chat is local-first. Chat history may be stored primarily on your device, and cloud backup is an optional feature that you must explicitly start. If you delete local data, lose a device, uninstall the app, or use a new device without a cloud backup, some chat history may not be recoverable. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure.
Cloud storage and cloud backup may be subject to storage limits, eligibility checks, upload and download availability, account status, and product plan limits. Secret rooms are excluded from export and cloud backup. Deleting a cloud backup removes the server-side backup record and storage object where technically available, but it does not delete local copies already restored to a device or copies held by other users.
Secret rooms provide additional product restrictions and supported client-side encryption for text, but they must not be used to evade law, safety rules, reports, or enforcement. OrioChat does not promise that every message, media item, metadata field, voice communication, push event, diagnostic record, or report-related record is end-to-end encrypted.
Paid features, subscriptions, advertising, or promotional programs may be offered. Any purchase terms shown in the app, Google Play, Apple App Store, or the applicable payment provider apply to those transactions.
Third-party services used with OrioChat, including app stores, sign-in providers, cloud services, payment providers, advertising providers, music preview providers, and transport or diagnostic services, may apply their own terms and policies.
These terms do not promise refunds except where required by applicable law, store policy, or the payment provider's terms. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription; subscription cancellation must be handled through the store or payment provider where the purchase was made.
Canada
By creating an account or using OrioChat in Canada, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. OrioChat provides messaging, media sharing, friend, profile, community, notification, optional cloud backup, and real-time push-to-talk voice communication features.

Community posts, comments, custom emoji, names, media, and profiles must follow the community policy. OrioChat may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report serious abuse where needed to protect users, operate the service, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
Paid features, subscriptions, advertising, or promotional programs may be offered. Purchase, cancellation, withdrawal, and refund rules shown in the app, App Store, Google Play, or the applicable payment provider apply to those transactions.
Third-party services used with OrioChat, including stores, sign-in, cloud, payment, advertising, music preview, transport, and diagnostic providers, may apply their own terms and policies.
Europe
OrioChat is provided as an online communication service. You must follow these terms, applicable law, and the community policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

OrioChat 계정을 만들거나 서비스를 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. OrioChat는 메시지, 미디어 공유, 친구, 프로필, 알림, 실시간 무전 음성 통신 기능을 제공합니다.
이용자는 자신의 계정 활동과 전송 콘텐츠에 책임이 있습니다. 괴롭힘, 협박, 불법 콘텐츠, 스팸, 사칭, 무단 녹음, 개인정보 침해, 착취, 악성 행위, 사기, 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위는 금지됩니다.
이용자는 계정 정보, 기기, 로그인 수단을 안전하게 관리해야 하며, 제재 회피 또는 타인의 OrioChat 남용을 위해 계정을 판매, 양도, 공유, 대여할 수 없습니다. 계정 무단 접근 또는 서비스 보안 문제를 의심하는 경우 OrioChat에 알려야 합니다.
이용자는 OrioChat를 사용하는 기기와 계정을 안전하게 관리하고 필요한 업데이트를 설치해야 합니다. 보안이 우회된 운영체제, 악성 프로그램, 무단 자동화, 지원되지 않는 앱 사본을 사용하면 OrioChat가 정상 동작하지 않거나 계정 및 데이터가 위험에 노출될 수 있습니다.
계정도용, 무단 계정 사용, 제재 회피, 사칭, 서비스 조작, 스팸, 괴롭힘, 사기 또는 불법행위를 위한 다계정 생성 또는 운영은 금지됩니다. 불법적이거나 부정한 목적으로 운영되는 사용자, 계정, 채팅방, 그룹, 기기, 식별자 또는 결제 경로는 함께 제한, 삭제, 정지 또는 영구정지될 수 있습니다.
실시간 무전, 채팅, 개인이모지, 미디어, 신고 또는 기타 기능을 이용해 타인을 괴롭히거나, 따돌리거나, 욕설 또는 비방을 하거나, 사칭하거나, 개인 또는 집단을 표적으로 삼는 행위는 콘텐츠 삭제, 기능 제한, 계정 정지 또는 영구정지 대상입니다. 버그 또는 취약점 악용, 무단 접근 시도, 서비스 방해, 제재 회피 또는 이를 돕는 행위는 즉시 영구정지 및 허용되는 범위의 법적 조치 대상이 될 수 있습니다.
OrioChat는 서비스 운영, 이용자 보호, 법령 준수, 신고 조사, 약관 집행을 위해 계정, 콘텐츠, 기능 또는 접근을 제한, 정지, 삭제할 수 있습니다. 기능은 변경, 중단 또는 종료될 수 있습니다.
온라인 기능은 네트워크 연결이 필요합니다. 통신사, 인터넷 제공자, 앱 스토어, 클라우드 제공자 또는 결제사업자는 각자의 약관에 따라 데이터, 로밍, 저장공간, 구독 또는 거래 요금을 부과할 수 있으며, 해당 제3자 요금은 이용자가 부담합니다.
OrioChat 채팅은 로컬 기반으로 동작합니다. 대화 내역은 주로 이용자 기기에 저장될 수 있으며, 클라우드 백업은 이용자가 명시적으로 시작해야 하는 선택 기능입니다. 로컬 데이터를 삭제하거나, 기기를 분실하거나, 앱을 삭제하거나, 클라우드 백업 없이 새 기기를 사용하는 경우 일부 대화 내역은 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다. 이용자는 자신의 기기와 계정을 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.
클라우드 저장소와 클라우드 백업은 저장 한도, 이용 자격, 업로드 및 다운로드 가능성, 계정 상태, 상품 또는 요금제 제한을 받을 수 있습니다. 비밀대화방은 내보내기와 클라우드 백업 대상에서 제외됩니다. 클라우드 백업을 삭제하면 기술적으로 가능한 범위에서 서버의 백업 기록과 저장 객체가 삭제되지만, 이미 기기에 복원된 로컬 사본 또는 다른 이용자가 보유한 사본까지 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다.
비밀대화방은 추가적인 제품 제한과 지원되는 텍스트의 클라이언트 측 암호화를 제공하지만, 법령, 안전 정책, 신고 또는 제재를 회피하기 위한 용도로 사용할 수 없습니다. OrioChat는 모든 메시지, 미디어, 메타데이터, 음성 통신, 푸시 이벤트, 진단 기록 또는 신고 관련 기록이 종단간 암호화된다고 보장하지 않습니다.
본 약관은 법령, 스토어 정책 또는 결제사업자 약관상 요구되는 경우를 제외하고 환불을 일괄 보장하지 않습니다. 유료 기능, 구독, 결제 취소 및 환불은 결제 당시 표시된 조건과 App Store, Google Play 또는 해당 결제사업자의 절차를 따릅니다. OrioChat 계정 삭제는 App Store 또는 Google Play 구독을 자동으로 해지하지 않습니다.
앱 스토어, 로그인, 클라우드, 결제, 광고, 음악 미리듣기, 전송 및 진단 제공자 등 OrioChat와 함께 사용되는 제3자 서비스에는 해당 제공자의 약관과 정책이 별도로 적용될 수 있습니다.

ユーザーは、自分のアカウント活動および送信するコンテンツについて責任を負います。嫌がらせ、脅迫、違法コンテンツ、 スパム、なりすまし、無断録音、プライバシー侵害、搾取、不正行為、詐欺、サービス運営を妨げる行為は禁止されます。
ユーザーは、アカウント情報、端末、ログイン方法を安全に管理し、制裁回避または他者によるOrioChatの悪用のためにアカウントを 販売、譲渡、共有、貸与してはいけません。アカウントへの不正アクセスまたはサービスのセキュリティ問題が疑われる場合は、 OrioChatに通知してください。
ユーザーは、OrioChatを使用する端末とアカウントを安全に管理し、必要なアップデートをインストールする責任があります。 セキュリティを回避したOS、マルウェア、不正な自動化、サポートされていないアプリのコピーを使用すると、OrioChatが 正常に動作しない、またはアカウントやデータが危険にさらされる可能性があります。
アカウント乗っ取り、不正なアカウント利用、制裁回避、なりすまし、サービス操作、スパム、嫌がらせ、詐欺または 違法行為を目的とした複数アカウントの作成または運営は禁止されます。違法または不正な目的で運営されるユーザー、 アカウント、チャットルーム、グループ、端末、識別子または決済経路は、一括して制限、削除、停止または永久停止される ことがあります。
リアルタイムのプッシュトゥトーク音声、チャット、カスタム絵文字、メディア、通報またはその他の機能を利用して、他者を 嫌がらせ、いじめ、仲間外れ、暴言または誹謗中傷、なりすまし、個人または集団への標的化に用いる行為は、コンテンツ削除、 機能制限、アカウント停止または永久停止の対象です。バグまたは脆弱性の悪用、不正アクセスの試み、サービス妨害、 制裁回避、またはこれらを支援する行為は、即時の永久停止および許される範囲での法的措置の対象となる場合があります。
OrioChatは、サービス運営、ユーザー保護、法令遵守、通報調査、規約の執行のため、アカウント、コンテンツ、機能、 またはアクセスを制限、停止、削除することがあります。
オンライン機能にはネットワーク接続が必要です。通信事業者、インターネットプロバイダー、アプリストア、クラウド提供者、 または決済事業者は、それぞれの条件に基づいてデータ通信、ローミング、ストレージ、サブスクリプション、取引手数料を 請求する場合があり、これらの第三者費用はユーザーの負担です。
OrioChatのチャットはローカルベースで動作します。チャット履歴は主に利用者の端末に保存される場合があり、クラウド バックアップは利用者が明示的に開始する任意機能です。ローカルデータを削除した場合、端末を紛失した場合、アプリを 削除した場合、またはクラウドバックアップなしで新しい端末を使用する場合、一部のチャット履歴は復元できないことがあります。
クラウドストレージおよびクラウドバックアップは、容量制限、利用資格、アップロードおよびダウンロードの可用性、 アカウント状態、商品またはプランの制限を受ける場合があります。シークレットルームはエクスポートおよびクラウド バックアップの対象外です。シークレットルームは追加の製品制限と対応するテキストのクライアント側暗号化を提供しますが、 すべてのメッセージ、メディア、メタデータ、音声通信、プッシュイベント、診断記録または通報関連記録が エンドツーエンドで暗号化されることを保証するものではありません。
本規約は、適用法、ストアポリシー、または決済事業者の条件で求められる場合を除き、返金を一律に保証するものではありません。 有料機能、サブスクリプション、解約、返金は、購入時に表示される条件およびApp Store、Google Play、 または該当する決済事業者の手続きに従います。OrioChatアカウントの削除は、App StoreまたはGoogle Playの サブスクリプションを自動的に解約するものではありません。
アプリストア、ログイン、クラウド、決済、広告、音楽プレビュー、通信、診断など、OrioChatと併用される第三者サービスには、 各提供者の規約とポリシーが別途適用される場合があります。

بإنشاء حساب أو استخدام OrioChat، فإنك توافق على استخدام الخدمة بطريقة قانونية ومسؤولة. يوفر OrioChat ميزات المراسلة ومشاركة الوسائط والأصدقاء والملف الشخصي والمجتمع والإشعارات والنسخ الاحتياطي السحابي الاختياري واللاسلكي الصوتي الفوري.
أنت مسؤول عن نشاط حسابك وعن المحتوى الذي ترسله أو تنشره. يحظر استخدام OrioChat في المضايقة أو التهديد أو المحتوى غير القانوني أو الرسائل المزعجة أو انتحال الشخصية أو التسجيل غير المصرح به أو انتهاك الخصوصية أو الاستغلال أو البرمجيات الضارة أو الاحتيال أو الاستيلاء على الحساب أو التحايل على إجراءات الإنفاذ أو تعطيل الخدمة.
أنت مسؤول عن حماية جهازك وحسابك وتثبيت التحديثات المطلوبة واستخدام OrioChat من خلال نسخ التطبيق وأنظمة التشغيل المدعومة فقط. قد يؤدي استخدام نظام معدل أو أمان متجاوز أو برمجيات ضارة أو أتمتة غير مصرح بها أو نسخة غير مدعومة إلى تعطل الخدمة أو تعريض الحساب والبيانات للخطر.
تعمل دردشة OrioChat بنموذج محلي أولا. قد يخزن سجل الدردشة أساسا على جهازك، والنسخ الاحتياطي السحابي ميزة اختيارية تبدأها صراحة. إذا حذفت البيانات المحلية أو فقدت الجهاز أو أزلت التطبيق أو استخدمت جهازا جديدا دون نسخة احتياطية سحابية، فقد لا يمكن استعادة بعض سجل الدردشة. تستبعد الغرف السرية من التصدير والنسخ الاحتياطي السحابي.
يجب أن تلتزم منشورات المجتمع والتعليقات والرموز التعبيرية المخصصة والأسماء والوسائط والملفات الشخصية بسياسة المجتمع. يجوز لOrioChat إزالة المحتوى أو تقييد الميزات أو تعليق الحسابات أو حفظ الأدلة أو الإبلاغ عن إساءة الاستخدام الخطيرة عند الحاجة لحماية المستخدمين أو تشغيل الخدمة أو الامتثال للقانون أو إنفاذ هذه الشروط.
تتطلب الميزات المتصلة اتصالا بالشبكة. قد يفرض مشغل الاتصالات أو مزود الإنترنت أو متجر التطبيقات أو مزود السحابة أو مزود الدفع رسوما على البيانات أو التجوال أو التخزين أو الاشتراك أو المعاملات وفقا لشروطه، وتبقى هذه الرسوم التابعة لجهات خارجية على مسؤوليتك.
قد تتوفر ميزات مدفوعة أو اشتراكات أو إعلانات أو برامج ترويجية. تنطبق شروط الشراء والإلغاء والسحب والاسترداد المعروضة في التطبيق أو App Store أو Google Play أو مزود الدفع المعني. حذف حساب OrioChat لا يلغي اشتراك المتجر النشط تلقائيا.

Other Regions
In other supported regions, you must use OrioChat lawfully and responsibly, follow the community policy, keep your account secure, and avoid harassment, illegal activity, fraud, spam, impersonation, privacy invasion, account takeover, and enforcement evasion.
The same product terms apply unless local mandatory law requires otherwise: local-first chat history, optional explicit cloud backup, no cloud backup for secret rooms, no guarantee that all communications are end-to-end encrypted, and store or payment-provider rules for purchases and subscriptions.
Keep your device and account secure, install required updates, and expect online features to require network access. Third-party carriers, internet providers, app stores, cloud providers, payment providers, and other service providers may apply their own terms, policies, and charges.
