OrioChat users must not send or promote illegal content, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, threats, harassment, bullying, social exclusion, profanity targeted at another person, hate, non-consensual intimate content, impersonation, account takeover, unauthorized account use, multi-account abuse, spam, fraud, malware, doxxing, or content that invades another person's privacy. Misuse of chat, push-to-talk voice, profile, friend, media, mailbox, report, or notification features for these purposes is prohibited.
Custom emoji, images, names, profile content, and other user-created content must not be used to insult, mock, isolate, threaten, harass, shame, impersonate, or organize abuse against another person or group. Users are responsible for the content they create, upload, select, and send through OrioChat, including custom emoji and media.
Exploiting bugs, abusing vulnerabilities, bypassing limits, attempting unauthorized access, scraping data, disrupting service operation, evading enforcement, or helping others do so is a severe violation. OrioChat may permanently suspend the account and device or access path involved, preserve evidence, notify platform providers or payment providers, report serious abuse to appropriate authorities, and pursue legal remedies where allowed.
Accounts, users, chat rooms, groups, or related access paths operated for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, coordinated harassment, spam, enforcement-evasion, or other harmful purposes may be restricted, removed, suspended, or permanently banned. OrioChat may take action against related accounts, devices, identifiers, payment paths, and rooms when they appear to be operated together or used to continue prohibited activity.
Users may block other users and report harmful behavior. OrioChat may review reports, preserve relevant records where needed, restrict content, limit features, suspend accounts, permanently ban accounts, or report serious abuse to appropriate authorities. Canada
OrioChat users in Canada must not send, publish, or promote illegal content, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, threats, harassment, bullying, social exclusion, hate, non-consensual intimate content, impersonation, account takeover, unauthorized account use, multi-account abuse, spam, fraud, malware, doxxing, or content that invades another person's privacy.
Community posts, comments, custom emoji, images, names, profile content, chat, push-to-talk voice, media, mailbox, report, and notification features must not be used to insult, mock, isolate, threaten, harass, shame, impersonate, organize abuse, or continue prohibited activity after enforcement.
OrioChat may review reports, preserve relevant records where needed, restrict content, limit features, suspend accounts, permanently ban accounts, report serious abuse to appropriate authorities, and take action against related accounts, devices, identifiers, payment paths, rooms, or groups that appear to be operated together.

OrioChat에서는 불법 콘텐츠, 아동 성착취물, 협박, 괴롭힘, 욕설, 따돌림, 혐오, 동의 없는 사적 이미지, 사칭, 계정도용, 무단 계정 사용, 다계정 남용, 스팸, 사기, 악성 행위, 개인정보 침해, 타인의 사생활을 침해하는 콘텐츠 전송 또는 조장을 금지합니다. 채팅, 실시간 무전, 프로필, 친구, 미디어, 메일함, 신고, 알림 기능을 이러한 목적으로 남용하는 행위도 금지됩니다.
개인이모지, 이미지, 이름, 프로필 콘텐츠 및 기타 이용자 제작 콘텐츠를 타인 또는 집단에 대한 비방, 조롱, 따돌림, 협박, 괴롭힘, 망신 주기, 사칭, 집단적 공격을 위해 사용할 수 없습니다. 이용자는 OrioChat에서 직접 만들거나 업로드하거나 선택하거나 전송하는 개인이모지 및 미디어를 포함한 콘텐츠에 대해 책임을 집니다.
버그 악용, 취약점 공격, 제한 우회, 무단 접근 시도, 데이터 수집, 서비스 운영 방해, 제재 회피, 또는 이를 돕는 행위는 중대한 위반입니다. OrioChat는 관련 계정, 기기 또는 접근 경로에 대해 영구정지 및 영구 이용제한을 할 수 있고, 증거를 보존하며, 플랫폼 또는 결제사업자에 통보하거나 관계 기관에 신고하고, 허용되는 범위에서 민형사상 법적 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

バグの悪用、脆弱性の攻撃、制限の回避、不正アクセスの試み、データ収集、サービス運営の妨害、制裁の回避、または これらを支援する行為は重大な違反です。OrioChatは、関係するアカウント、端末、またはアクセス経路について永久停止および 永久利用制限を行い、証拠を保存し、プラットフォームまたは決済事業者へ通知し、関係機関へ通報し、許される範囲で 民事上または刑事上の法的措置を取ることがあります。
違法、詐欺、不正利用、搾取、組織的な嫌がらせ、スパム、制裁回避、その他の有害な目的で運営されるユーザー、 アカウント、チャットルーム、グループまたは関連するアクセス経路は、制限、削除、停止または永久停止の対象となります。 OrioChatは、共同で運営されている、または禁止行為を継続するために使用されていると判断される関連アカウント、端末、識別子、 決済経路、チャットルームに対して一括して措置を取ることがあります。
ユーザーは他のユーザーをブロックし、有害な行為を報告できます。OrioChatは報告を確認し、必要な記録を保持し、 コンテンツ制限、機能制限、アカウント停止、アカウント永久停止、重大な違反について関係機関への通報を行うことがあります。 アプリで報告できない場合は、holykhw163@gmail.comまで連絡できます。
